32 templates across 9 categories. T-series = GTM production templates governed by Brand System. TU-series = universal client management templates. Hover any row for notes.
⚠ Current State
Brand System Sections 5 and 7 are red. No social, email, PDF, or presentation templates currently exist. Three .docx files (T-05 Case Study, T-11 Proposal, T-12 One-Pager) are in development but not yet in the asset library. Template build is a prerequisite for M5 campaign production and must be treated as a tracked workstream with deadlines — not a background task.

Templates by Client Type
Select a client profile to see their required and conditional template set. Required = always needed for this engagement type. Conditional = needed when a specific service is in scope.
Select a client profile above
Choose a client type to see the templates required for that engagement. This guides both the template build priority and the INFRA-028 library initialisation for that client.
Templates by INFRA-028 Mode
INFRA-028 (Client Content Library) operates in five modes set at client activation. Each mode defines which templates must have client-adapted variants in the library. Select a mode to see its template requirements.
How modes work
The mode is set at client activation based on plan tier and confirmed content scope. Modes do not switch mid-engagement — scope changes are processed via MGT-006 which can trigger mode expansion. Full Programme mode is the union of all modes below it.
Select a mode above
Choose a mode to see which templates must have client-adapted variants in the INFRA-028 library for that operational context.
Build Workstream
Priority-ordered build sequence. No template may be used for client-facing production until its governing Brand System section is green. Immediate templates block GTM campaign production and WGW launch — these must be treated as sprint work, not background tasks.
⛔ Critical Path
The 12 Immediate templates cannot go to production until Brand System Sections 5 and 7 are built. Section 5 (Digital Presence) gates all email and social templates. Section 7 (Brand Applications) gates all document, PDF, and script templates. Section 9 gates web tools. This workstream and the Brand System build must run in parallel — not sequentially.
Universal Templates (TU Series)
Templates required for every client engagement regardless of service type, plan tier, or content scope. These are the operational baseline — client management communications, onboarding, reporting, and relationship maintenance.
Universal templates are not governed by campaign content scope. Every client — from SMP Lite (Sam) to a full DX SOW (Edwin) — needs these templates active from day one of the engagement. They represent the minimum professional standard for the Webgold client relationship. Unlike T-series GTM templates, TU templates are not dependent on Brand System sections being green — they can and should be built as standalone assets first.
