DX System live by May 31. Website build, Nucleus blocks, first solutions specs, training delivery. Critical path cannot slip.
Phase 2: Launch

Website live, Solutions 1–2 launch, first clients onboarded. Real-world DX system deployment. Additional suites 3–7 rolling launch.
Phase 3: Scale
